Art has been an auto expert for the European Foundation for Better Living and Working Conditions (EuroFound), International Labor Organization (ILO), General Motors Europe and IG Metall. Prior to joining Cornell University ILR School Art was project manager for the Labor Aerospace Research Agenda at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a faculty member of Michigan State University School of Labor and Industrial Relations.
