Jacqueline Russo has an extensive background in global logistics, exhibition/event logistics, business development, strategic marketing, brand development and operations. She works closely with clients from a variety of industries to improve their logistics operations (both in the exhibition space and general cargo.) Clients’ goals vary from developing their presence in overseas markets increasing customer loyalty and streamlining operations.
Jackie formerly held senior roles in the freight forwarding and custom brokerage industry. With a background in international event management, Jackie is able to use her unique skills to secure alliances, develop sales leaders and improve processes. Her skill set also includes strategic planning, transport planning, customs and trade compliance, and pricing and procurement.
Currently, she consults with Baker Logistics Consulting, Inc. and manages her own exhibition-based organization Global Expositions, Inc. She earned an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is a graduate of The American University in Washington DC, where she was awarded a double major in International Business and Economics. Jackie is a licensed U.S. customs broker. A former Chairman of the Board of the International Association of Exhibitions and Events, Board Member for the Center for Exhibition Industry Research. She was the 2010 recipient of that association’s “Legend of the Industry” award and 2016’s “Woman of Distinction”.
