This experience includes serving as vice president and general manager at Holley Performance Products.

As an active member of the Conscious Capitalism movement, Jose is part of a global community of business leaders dedicated to elevating humanity through business.

Jose is a board leadership fellow at the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and serves on the board of IMD International Search Group, Shelmex, and Conscious Capitalism Mexico.

He holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical engineering from the Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
