In the 33-minute seminar, produced by GlobalBusinessProfessor.com and GlobalAutoIndustry.com, Germershausen presents an overview of the current Russian labor market, based on a survey of more than 5000 specialists and mid-to-senior level managers. Germershausen notes that the Russian labor market has been impacted by the recent changes in the Russian economic climate and political situation, with more than 46% of those surveyed pessimistic about the Russian economy over the next 12 months. However, the respondents’ level of optimism has risen from 14 % in 2014 to 18% in 2015.
The seminar presents a thorough review of the demographics of the survey respondents, how Russians find jobs and why they change jobs, compensation, relocation issues, staff reductions, changes in job conditions and overall economic outlook.
