After having his Bachelor Degree on Mechanical Engineering in Bogazici University, Suheyl Baybali earned a Masters Degree in the same field and started his career in FCA Turkey. Then he served to Nursanlar Group as Vice General Manager, General Manager and Executive Committee Board Member between 1989-2007.Between 2007 and 2009 he served to Dentas Ambalaj as the General Manager. In 2010 he became the CEO and shareholder of FAW-China Distributor in Turkey
Between 2006 and 2013 Suheyl Baybali had active duties in TAYSAD Auditing Committee and between 2010 and 2013 he acted as Auditing Committee Chairman and 2013-2020 as TAYSAD, Automotive Suppliers Association of Turkey.
